If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange / replace for another size / model FREE of shipping costs. or a refund .
In case of a replace (only for GR) : We will arrange a delivery with our courier service , at your place , where the items will get exchanged at once.
In case of a refund (WW) :You will get a full refund including the shipping costs , although you'll need to cover the cost of returning your item.
